Guidelines for N. other Nursery, LKG, UKG + classes Admission Year-2026-2027

1) Collect the admission form from school office by making payment of 300/-

2) Please fill up the Application form only in BLOCK LETTERS.

3) The particulars be once entered in the application form will not charged under any circumstances. [Name, Parent’ Name, DOB)

4) Submit the filled form in the School office.

5) Age criteria for Admission

        For Nursery – 3+Yr

        For LKG – 4+Yr

        For UKG – 5+Yr

        For Class I – 6+Yr

Guidelines for Nursery, LKG, UKG & Other Classes Admission Year-2026-2027

1) Please fill up the Application form only in BLOCK CAPITAL letters.

2) The particulars once entered in the application form will not be changed under any circumstances. (Name, Parents’ Name, DOB)

3) For Nursery Class the Child must be in the age group of 3 years to 4 years on 1 March-2026.

4) For LKG Class the Child must be in the age group of 4 years to 5 years on 1 March-2026.

5) For UKG Class the Child must be in the age group of 5 years to 6 years on 1 March-2026.

The following documents should be attached to the Application Form: –

• • Xerox Copy of Birth Certificate.
  • Xerox Copy of Aadhar Card of the Child, Father & Mother duly self attested must be attached along with the Application Form.
  • Xerox Copy of Caste Certificate issued by the Tahsildar (In case SC/ST/OBC/SEBC Candidates). of
  • Xerox Copy of Income Certificate issued by the Tahsildar. (In case of BPL Card Holders)
  • Xerox copy of Blood Group Test Report.
  • Two recent passport size photographs of the student wearing a white coloured shirt, paste one and staple one with the form and paste two different recent coloured passport size photographs of father and mother in the form.
  • Xerox Copy of Differently abled certificate if any.
  • Proof of the Nursery Class attended along with Percentage of Marks & Grade for LKG and UKG.
  • For other classes Report Card, Counter Signed TC from Block Education Officer(BEO) & Permanent Education Number(PEN) & online TC from school.

6) Last Date of Submission of Admission Form: 10th December 2025, Wednesday by 01:00p.m.

7) Final list of applicants will be displayed on the school notice board on 20 January-2026, Tuesday, Ν.Β.

8) Application Forms which do not fulfil the above criteria or do not contain required documents, will be rejected.
